Life

In an effort to simplify our bills we've decided to cancel our home phones and the internet and just use our cell-phones and the internet on the phones. That being said, this may be my last post for a while until we figure out how to upload pictures from the phone.
~
Kara loves to have "pretties" put in her hair. However, she usually only leaves them in for a few moments because she also wants to be able to see the pretty.
She still absolutely loves to read books.
A couple days ago I couldn't figure out why I kept hearing Kara get out of bed at nap time. She usually lays straight down and goes to sleep without any problem. When I peeked in at her I saw that she was trying to put her bunny "night-night." She had the bunny in the doll carrier with a blanket over it and she was rocking it to sleep. How precious is that??

So, this has become our new bed-time routine. Kara gets her dolls, takes them to the potty, gives them a drink, covers them up, and rocks them to sleep.
(Notice the toilet paper on the floor by her foot... she even wipes her babies!)

Comparison
The first three are 35 weeks pregnant with Kara.

These are 34 weeks pregnant with #2.

After we got done taking pictures Kara ran back to the wall and said, "more, more!"

Seemed like a good idea at the time

First time parents + ring-pop = sticky baby!!

She immediately had a bath afterward.

Also, check this out....

Her hair is finally long enough that we can make a pony-tail! Although, she always wants to see the "pretty" and wont leave it in for very long.

Notice the little fingers sticking out...
Kara likes to hide in our closet, then open the door and say "Peek-a-boo!"

JohnDeere, Flordia pictures, and whatnot

In my Christmas post I mentioned that we had gotten 20 inches of snow, with wind.
Let me make sure you understand just how much snow that really is... (These two pictures were from a friend, taken while we were in Colorado.)

~

Sometimes you walk in on the cutest little things. She was reading out loud and Charlie was sitting so still as if he were listening.

Visiting Daddy at work for John Deere Days.
She immediately found the "belly-button" on the tractor tires.

We had the opportunity to go to Florida with our church this past weekend. I didn't take many pictures, but here are a few from our trip.
Hanging out with Moses.
All dressed up and ready for church.

First, let me clarify by saying.... I thought the birds would poop on our heads and it was really, really, REALLY cold at the ocean.

Kara started to get a little sick the last day that we were in Florida, so we let her sleep with us that night. Which means, we did not get much sleep because she doesn't lay still like a normal person.

This morning, Kara kept saying, "night-night" and this is what I found.
